Morgan, Internet telephone provider Skype filed an Morgan Stanley, initial public offering (IPO) on the Nasdaq to Goldman Sachs raise up to $100 million, with J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs signed on as underwriters. Sohu.com, Sogou, China-based Web portal Sohu.com sold 16% stake Alibaba Group in Sogou online search arm to a fund controlled by a Sohu chairman and e-commerce company Alibaba Group. G5, Volition Capital Internet ad software provider G5 secured $15 million in a round A of funding led by Volition Capital. Tudou.com, Temasek Chinese online video-hosting site Tudou.com Holdings, Granite landed $50 million in series E funding led by Global Ventures, KTB Temasek Holdings with a $35 million Ventures, JAIC contribution. Prior investors Granite Global Ventures, KTB Ventures, JAIC and others also participated. Tektronix, Arbor Network management solutions company Tektronix Networks acquired network security provider Arbor Networks in a deal for an undisclosed sum.
