NSW:Gynaecologist guilty of indecent assault
A New South Wales gynaecologist has been found guilty of indecently assaulting two
women .. but acquitted of inappropriately touching another three patients.
Judge GREG WOODS heard the trial without a jury in the NSW District Court.
The doctor .. who can't be named for legal reasons .. had pleaded not guilty to indecently
assaulting the five patients in 2002 and 2003.
He'll be sentenced on a later date and the judge has continued his bail.
